Ways to work with us
Confirm or correct a directory entry
If you work at a burn center or eye department listed on this site, tell us whether the affiliation we show is accurate. Twenty-five of our burn-unit-to-eye-department links are geographic inference rather than a confirmed relationship, and each one we can replace with a fact makes the directory more trustworthy.
Tell us you accept SJS/TEN referrals
A patient finding your department in a directory is only useful if you can actually see them. If your service takes ocular surface referrals after SJS/TEN — or specifically does not — we would rather say so than leave people to find out by calling.
Share or link research
If you are running a study, registry, or long-term follow-up cohort in SJS/TEN, we will list it so patients can find it. We are equally interested in collaborating on the mapping work itself.
Contribute patient-facing material
Particularly in languages other than English, and particularly for children and their families, where very little exists. We would rather point to good work than duplicate it.
A note on how we handle contact details
We publish institution-level information only: departments, burn units, and counts. We do not publish individual physicians’ names or email addresses on this site, and we will not add yours to a public page without asking you first.
